Minister of Defence and Veteran Affairs Kiryowa Kiwanuka has urged Ugandans to reduce unnecessary movements and limit vehicle usage to cut fuel consumption and save money.
Kiwanuka advised motorists to avoid journeys that can be postponed or avoided, urging those with multiple vehicles to use fewer cars whenever possible.
He gave an example of people who own three vehicles, saying they should consider using just one instead of driving all three when one can serve the same purpose.
