Internal Affairs Minister Rtd. Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire has urged Uganda’s youth to reject political complacency and actively participate in shaping the country’s future.
Speaking to students at Valley University of Science and Technology in Bushenyi District, Otafiire encouraged young people to remain informed, engaged and committed to addressing challenges in their communities and the country.
The veteran liberation fighter warned that passive citizenship can weaken society and eventually contribute to instability and violence.
