Chief of Defence Forces Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has warned individuals he accuses of feeding President Yoweri Museveni with lies, singling out Stephen Nuwagaba among those he claims are misleading the President.
In a statement, Muhoozi said he had already explained the matter to his father and believed Museveni was now aware of what he described as the truth.
“They are idiots who have been feeding my father with lies starting with Stephen Nuwagaba,” Muhoozi said.

The General went on to issue a warning to those he accused, stating: “I will arrest them soon.”
Muhoozi did not provide details of the alleged offences or indicate when the arrests would take place. His remarks have sparked attention over the people surrounding President Museveni and their influence on information reaching him.
