Three people have been confirmed dead and four others injured following a fatal road crash near the New Taxi Park in Kampala on Monday morning.
The accident occurred at around 9:30 a.m. along Namirembe Road near KK Building after a Toyota Drone, registration number UBN 689A, reportedly lost control while descending the road.
The vehicle knocked a pedestrian who died at the scene before crashing into a tricycle, a Bajaj Boxer motorcycle and a Toyota Hiace.
Four victims were rushed to hospital for treatment, but two later succumbed to their injuries, bringing the confirmed death toll to three.

Traffic Police spokesperson Michael Kananura said investigations are underway to establish the exact cause of the crash.
