NBS TV news anchor and veteran journalist Samson Kasumba has opened up about his plans for retirement, parenting and work, revealing that he would rather enjoy his savings than leave them for his children.
Kasumba said his children will be expected to use the education and opportunities he gives them to build their own successful lives. He added that he would not take responsibility if they failed to make good use of those opportunities.
The journalist also ruled out returning to self-employment, saying he spent more than 13 years running a business on Nasser Road and eventually became tired of the lifestyle.
