Daudi Kabanda has responded calmly after being replaced as Secretary General of the Patriotic League of Uganda in a leadership reshuffle announced by Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
In his statement on X, Kabanda expressed gratitude to Gen Muhoozi for the opportunity to serve as the pioneer Secretary General, saying it was an honor to help build the movement from its early stages.
He also extended congratulations to his successor.Kabanda welcomed Fadhil Twalla, wishing him success in leading the organization’s administrative work.
His measured response has been seen as a sign of unity and continuity within PLU as the movement enters a new phase under fresh leadership.
