A cloud of grief has fallen over Kayunga District following a tragic road accident that claimed the lives of two young students. The incident, which involved a bus and a motorcycle, has once again raised concern about road safety on Uganda’s highways.

A Kenya-bound bus belonging to Bebeto Services was involved in the collision. The bus reportedly struck a motorcycle carrying three schoolboys who were on their way home.
The students were returning from Kangulumira Public Secondary School after a normal day of classes. What should have been a routine journey home sadly turned into a devastating tragedy.
