My name is Brian, a young businessman from Kampala, Uganda, and I want to share my experience with anyone facing rejection, discouragement, or the challenges that come with starting small. There was a period in my life when things looked completely different from where I am today.
When I launched my small business, I had limited capital and only a few basic resources to work with. I started by selling simple products from a modest location, believing that persistence and patience would eventually help me grow. Unfortunately, the road was far from easy. Many people ridiculed me because my business was small and seemed insignificant.
Some openly told me that I was wasting my time, while others were convinced that I would never achieve anything meaningful through the venture.Even though the negative comments hurt, I refused to quit.
Every day, I woke up determined to work hard, treat customers well, and reinvest whatever little profit I earned back into the business in hopes of expanding it.
The growth I expected did not come quickly. Progress was slow, and there were moments when I seriously considered giving up. The constant struggle tested my patience and commitment more than I had anticipated.
Some days were especially difficult because I would return home having made very few sales. During those moments, I often questioned whether choosing entrepreneurship had been the right path for me.
Seeing other people move ahead while I remained stuck made the journey even more frustrating. It felt as though success was happening everywhere except in my own life, and that reality weighed heavily on me.Then one day, everything began to change when a close friend introduced me to.To read more, tap heret
